We are a group of progressive organizers. Our collective experience includes hands-on building of digital organizing operations (Bernie Sanders’ 2016 presidential campaign and Beto O’Rourke’s 2018 Texas Senate campaign), presence at the creation of emerging grassroots independent political organizations, and decades of managing teams and projects in private sector enterprises. 

We're blending all that know-how with the energy of the moment, and setting SwingOn's shared top priority of delivering a winning slate for voters in 2020.

We recruit bold, inspiring, justice-

oriented Democratic candidates who can change the game, challenging Republicans in non-obvious US Senate races across the country. 

We help political candidates find the people and resources they need to build a 2020-appropriate digital/grassroots organizing model.

We educate voters whose comfort and expertise lie outside of politics. SwingOn's jargon-free emails are packed with breakdowns of current events and advice about taking action.

Swing On is the name of the mother of the legendary underdog racehorse Seabiscuit. Inspiring millions during the Great Depression, Swing On's offspring Seabiscuit put in the work and defied the odds to emerge a champion.
